My Pampered Pooch USA

My Pampered Pooch evolved from the friendship between me, Cody, a 14 year old Siberian Husky and my mom Lori. She’s a retired USAF Veteran, who proudly served her country for over 20 years. She traveled all over the world and  always brought me special treats or new toys. I guess she felt guilty for having to leave me but I didn’t mind the pampering I received when she returned home.

I’ve always been treated like a family member; we celebrate my birthday in June, at Christmas I have lots of presents under the Christmas tree and a stocking on the mantel at our house and my grandparents.   I get to go on all the family vacations; I’ve been to Niagra Falls, Kennebunkport Maine, Branson Missouri and Washington DC. There were so many squirrels at the Mall in DC I just couldn’t keep up with all of them.

 

One thing I’ve heard my mom’s friends say about me is that “I’m spoiled” and they hope to come back in another life as her dog.  I’m not sure what that means but I would say I’m lucky. I get to go on long walks, hang my head out the window when we go for rides and help her eat popcorn.  If that’s rotten, I’m OK with it!
